Design focused on providing new research and development facilities in the form of a Middle East headquarters venue for Formula 1 racing team Williams’ engineering.

The facility is located at the Qatar Service and Technology Park and encompasses more than 500 square meters of tech-oriented space at the larger development. The building was designed to serve as the regional hub for client’s meetings and corporate presentations, simulator demonstrations, office facilities, flywheel research and development facilities, and simulator research and development facilities.

The conceptual design of the venue’s front-of-house needed to reflect the corporate brand and client’s facing image as well as the local influences while engaging the simulator, fly wheel, workshops and office areas to demonstrate more practical design and robust usability.
