Desire for an iconic addition that would reinvent the stadium in the eyes of its fans
MEIS saw opportunity in the residual space adjacent to the players’ entrance and reimagined it as a revenue generating amenity, dubbed the Tunnel Lounge. This new premium space is available solely to lower bowl ticket holders.

MEIS provided a series of studies examining the relative benefits of moving end zone scoreboards to the corners. This idea potentially generates new end zone seating areas and “bridge seating” above the new scoreboards, which not only increases capacity but creates new Sponsored Seating Sections.
In an effort to create an iconic addition to the stadiumprofile, this study for a new roof incorporates structural arches to support a center hung pavilion. This would provide both a unique vantage point and additional premium ticket offering, as well as unprecedented branding and sponsorship potential.
